Spontaneous road trips are the absolute best. That moment when he says "Let's go," is just so exciting that you turn into a crazy woman and begin to pack. This trip was to Mexicali. My husbands family lives here and we came to celebrate his lovely grandmother's birthday. While there, we were able to
eat some of our favorite foods like carne asada tacos, birria and handmade tortillas. We were able yo spend time with family and friends that we had not seen in a long time. One of the perks of living in Arizona is that it is only a few hours away from Mexico, California and of course, Vegas. Yayy! So bags packed, camera charged, sunnies on and lets go!
